Sarah Levitt, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant, providing quality patient care at Gastrointestinal & Liver Consultants in Santa Ana, Irvine,  Anaheim, and Westminster, California. 

She graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Exercise Science. She went on to pursue a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

With her background in Kinesiology, she appreciates the intricate relationship between physical activity, nutrition, and gastrointestinal function. Sarah finds great fulfillment in helping patients achieve optimal digestive health and improving their quality of life. Her approach to patient care is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practice, and continuous learning, which she believes are essential for effectively addressing the evolving needs of patients with gastrointestinal disorders.

She frequently addresses and manages a wide range of GI conditions including PUD, GERD, IBS, gallstones, constipation, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, dyspepsia, dysphagia, fatty liver disease, diverticular disease, to name a few.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys playing golf, camping, hiking and taking her golden retriever to the beach.
